☆ SHIPPING & PROCESSING
• Printed just for you - each tote bag is printed on demand by our print partner.  Currently, bags are taking around 2 weeks to arrive after ordering. 

• Also, because we work in collaboration with a professional print shop, we do not print bags in studio, so we cannot control production time.  Please do not purchase in the hopes that we can speed up production time and get orders to your sooner.  This is out of our hands.  Once orders are placed they CANNOT be canceled for any reason, so please make sure this required timeframe works for you, BEFORE purchasing.

• All orders are sent off with standard first class shipping ranges. We are unable to offer rush shipping at this time, since our print partner has not offered express shipping since the pandemic.

 

☆ RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Since this is a custom printed on demand product there are no returns or exchanges on bags.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

However, replacements are available for items lost or damaged during shipping. Replacements will be for exact item(s) purchased and must be reported by customer within the first 21 days after delivery.  Damages or mistakes reported after those 21 days cannot be corrected per our print partner's policy. Thank you!
